Violent Objects consists of the 16 possible combinations of four corners. Each module is build with raw wood on the external side and covered with golden sheets on the internal side. Being formed by four modules put side by side, each object appears to be temporary, with the potentiality that they could regroup. The geometrical combinations vary from closed architecture, hiding the gold to a golden cross. Violent Objects thus emphasise a continuity between two different historical moments and the symbolic representations they construct. From colonial times to modernity, from Baroque to geometry.
